The construction of two new Berths capable of handling 40,000DWT ships whilst the Terminal is in full operation. The berths when completed will be able to handle more than 100 types of chemical products. This involved hour by hour coordination with the Terminal operator. Works therefore has to be carried out overnight and often nonstop for 24 hours.

The works consist of the supply and installation of 175 Nos. of Steel Pipe Piles. The piles needed to be socketed into predrilled holes and the annular space grouted up. 3,000m³ of reinforced concrete was used to cast the pile caps and decks.

The fabrication and installation of 400 tons of structural steel, office building, steel walkways, docks fenders, bollards and capstans. The scope also, include piping, fire fighting, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works.
